Julie Alexander

Julie Alexander has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Specifically, her duties as property manager include responsibility for a real estate portfolio in the Hampton Roads area consisting of office and office/flex space. Julie also oversees the Asset Management team and contract maintenance staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas. In addition, Julie is responsible for providing monthly reports to owners and preparing annual operating budgets. Julie works closely with the leasing representatives and accounting staff to monitor achievement of all owner objectives.
