NORFOLK, Va. – Colliers International is pleased to announce that Ekaterina Muraveva, assistant property manager, has been named 30 Under 30 by the Institute of Real Estate Management. The award recognizes 30 exceptional professionals under the age of 30 who are the next generation of leaders making an impact in the industry and their communities.
IREM’s 30 under 30 manage multifamily communities, student housing, office buildings, shopping centers, homeowners’ associations, industrial property and mixed-use developments around the world. Their various contributions to the profession are demonstrated through career success, professional leadership and community involvement.
Muraveva moved to the United States from Russia (Zlatoust) in 2011. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in business administration. As an assistant property manager, she supports real estate managers in all aspects of property management for multiple property types. She won the company’s Rookie of the Year award in 2017.
