I have obtained Master's Degree in Geography from Masaryk University in Brno in 1984 and  MBA from Sheffield Hallam  University in 1997. 

First ten years of my proffesional Iife I  worked as a planner both in  private consulting   as well as  for the City of Brno as a Deputy Chief Architect heading Urban Development & Renewal Team. There I  have gained not only the understanding of how planning impacts the development but also  how to proactively use planning policies to initiate and support developments in both greenfields and brownfields. I had also studied relevant planing practices in the UK, Netherlands, USA and Japan.  

I joined Bovis P&O Team in Brno in 1994 shortly after this  developer started to  build Czech Technology Park, which was  one of the first industrial developments in Central Europe  in cooperation between the City  and Technical University. My mission  was to  promote this development, identify potential customers,  work with the construction team  in order to accomodate the needs of the tenants and manage the leaase transaction on behalf of the developer. I worked with companies such as Siemens or Silicon Graphics  , which became the first tenants of this development.

In 1996 I joined Colliers International as Senior Property Consultant to build   the Industrial Real Estate Agency in the Czech Republic.

I have grown and managed the industrial team of Colliers up till 2009 during which period this team became leader in the Czech industrial   market having  transacted  over 3 milion sq m of industrial floor space and land  both on behalf of the occupiers as well as the landlords.  Most of the customers were international companies such as Prologis, AIG Lincoln, Ctp or Goodman on the landlord side or Bridgestone, VF Europe,  Johnson Controls, Schenker, DSV, Gebruder Weiss, DHL,  Moduslink and many others on the occupier side . 

During this period I have also worked on behalf of the my  international occupier clients Bridgestone and Moduslink in the other European markets such as Spain or France as well as various countries of Central Europe.

 Shortly after the begining of financial crisis in the early 2009 I became Managing Director of Colliers Czech Republic and took the team through the trubled, loses making period and transformed it to the profitable business. 

In the midle of 2011 I have joined newly formed Corporate Solutions team in London to accomodate the needs of my existing as well as new industrial and manufacturing  customers across EMEA.  Since then I have   actively managed  industrial and manufactuirng related projects   in 17  countries of Europe, US  and Asia   covering the whole business life of the real estate: from location consulting through lease or freehold acquisition, portfolio management  to the building dissposals.

Having spent almost 10 years at various real estate leadership roles at Honeywell, a Fortune 100 company, I bring to the table over 14 years of experience combining brokerage, consultancy, real estate strategy, planning & execution and facilities management.

I have a proven track record in carrying out lease acquisitions, dispositions or consolidations and wider real estate strategy manners simultaneously across various regions and cultures.

I play jazz piano, enjoy travelling and creating travel videos.

Nuccia is the Head of Occupier Services, and she is responsible for managing and executing lease and sale transactions and workplace advisory services for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina markets. Nuccia is focused on assuring a high level of service to clients across office, retail, and industrial & logistics markets. Together with her team, Nuccia provides tailor-made solutions with maximum dedication and commitment, leading to best-in-class results.

Nuccia was promoted to Junior Partner at the firm in 2022.  

During more than 11 years in the industry, she provided consulting and transaction activities and directly supported some of the most recognized global brands.

Nuccia has advised numerous respectable clients including Microsoft, Australian Embassy, Electrolux, Carl Zeiss, Novo Nordisk, Atos, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, SAP, Nestle, Telemach, Cisco Systems, Apple, Dogus Group, General Motors, L'Oreal, NOKIA, Philips and many more.

Nuccia graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds an American and Croatian degree and is currently enrolled in a two-year e-Leadership MBA program, at Kelley School of Business. Nuccia is a licensed real estate agent certified by the Croatian Chamber of Economy and a qualified chartered surveyor member by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Tarmo started working at Colliers Internatioanal in 2013. He has been in Real Estate field since 1994 when he started working in Mendelson & Co real estate agency as Residential broker. After that Tarmo has worked in Ober-Haus and Arco Vara Real Estate as Head of the Commercial Real Estate Department.

Since 1994 with Colliers. Head of Indiustrial Division.

Paul  has over 19 years in years experience in the commercial property sector and joined the Colliers team in  2004 folllowing a 3 year period at Allied Irish Bank Plc. He is joint head of the offices department in Dublin  and specialises in the acquisition of office space for incoming  multi-national companies. 

In 2019, Paul acted for LinkedIn in the largest office transaction of the year where they pre-let 3 office blocks in the CBD as part of their long term expansion plans in Dublin. This success has continued into 2020 where Paul acted for Slack in the largest city centre acquiistion year to date on behalf of Slack Technologies. 

Paul is a licensed professional and a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

After few years with personal projects in May 2010 I started to work in real-estate market.  For more than 4 years I worked in local real-estate company and in September 2014 I made challenging decision aimed to my professional growth and started working for Colliers International. My main field in Colliers is Industrial  & logistics projects and land. 

With more than 11 years of experience in real estate, I have been specializing in Lithuanian industrial and logistics sector for the last 6 years.

Ian has over 20 years experience in the business space sector undertaking instructions on behalf of a wide range of clients to include; national/local property companies, private clients and corporate occupiers. He has a broad depth of experience across the office sector having completed a range of disposals and acquisitions in some of Belfast's highest profile Grade A buildings. His experience also extends across the industrial sector where he has acted on behalf of landlords and occupiers.

Maciej Chmielewski joined Colliers International in September 2003. Since 2007 he has held the position of the Partner and the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency.
 
Maciej advised in choosing the optimal location and negotiations of lease conditions for more than 1.000 000 square meters of warehouse and production space. He was involved in many projects and cooperated with representative clients such as Danone, Michelin, Unilever, Firestone, Kofola, Johnson Controls, Mauser, Newell Rubbermaid, Pregis and Sonoco.

Tomas Horvath has joined Colliers International in December 2015 as Head of Industrial Agency.

Tomas is leading the team, which provides solutions and projects implementation for clients from production industry and logistics segment.

Trained as a civil engineer with a further master’s degree in business administration, my career has been focused on business development and business management in the construction-real estate sector. More particularly in Commercial Real Estate and Land Development.

My flexibility and commercial focus have allowed me to specialize in  business development. With my knowledge of languages, my empathy, and team building skills, I have been able to develop a career within international environments and take on responsibilities in negotiations.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Dutch Industrial & Real Estate business I use my local expertise, large national and international network and industry knowledge to meet and exceed the needs of our clients. I lead a team of more than 15 who are involved in all aspects of the Industrial & Logistics field from Agency to Investments to Valuations, to ensure our clients buy and sell the best investments in the Industrial & Logistic market.

I'm also a member of the Industrial & Logistic Capital Markets team for the EMEA region. 

I have been managing Colliers International in Turkey for the past 15 years, in the capacity of Managing Partner. 

My main emphasis during this period; along with the general management of the company, was directing the agency and brokerage services for commercial real estate, helping clients in projects totalling to over a million square meters of leased and sold space. 

Prior to the role of Managing Partner, I have been directing the real estate valuation & advisory services, between 2000 and 2004, creating a reference portfolio of over 30 million square meters valued or analyzed, including offices, retail, residential, hotels, and mix-use projects.

I am also one of the founders of Colliers International in Turkey. 

Simon joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Corporate Solutions Property Consultant within the Real Estate Management Solutions (REMS) team.

Simon’s role within Colliers International incorporates the business development of the REMS team through liaising with owners/landlords of substantial property portfolios and also assisting the Corporate Solutions team by identifying and acquiring property solutions for international and regional clients.

Simon’s other key responsibilities include the collection of property statistics and information, building detailed databases on specific areas/buildings and sourcing new business opportunities.

Len has more than 30 years' experience in the commercial property sector. Having started out as a trainee surveyor in 1983 he moved on to set up Jansons in 1990, a niche agency specialising in industrial in North and West London. In 2004/5 the business was voted Industrial Agency of the Year, this being the first ever non West End national practice to have won this prestigious award. In that same year the business transacted in excess of 3.5 million sq ft which accounted for in excess of 50% of the total transactions for the North and West London market.

Since joining Colliers International, as the Head of the UK Logistics and Industrial Department, the objectives are the same as always, to outperform all competitors whilst providing the highest level of service to all our clients. In 2018, the Colliers International UK Industrial & Logistics team completed over 250 deals totalling over 15 million sq ft.
