About Me
Tarmo started working at Colliers Internatioanal in 2013. He has been in Real Estate field since 1994 when he started working in Mendelson & Co real estate agency as Residential broker. After that Tarmo has worked in Ober-Haus and Arco Vara Real Estate as Head of the Commercial Real Estate Department.
Landlord’s representation in numerous successful large-scale commercial real estate development projects (development and management of ca 40,000 sqm commercial space in the shopping centres in Tallinn and Pärnu).
Participation as an owner/project manager in numerous successful commercial and residential real estate development projects in Estonia and Latvia.
