Having spent almost 10 years at various real estate leadership roles at Honeywell, a Fortune 100 company, I bring to the table over 14 years of experience combining brokerage, consultancy, real estate strategy, planning & execution and facilities management.

I have a proven track record in carrying out lease acquisitions, dispositions or consolidations and wider real estate strategy manners simultaneously across various regions and cultures.

I play jazz piano, enjoy travelling and creating travel videos.

Prior to joining Colliers, I have spent 10 years working at Honeywell, most recently as a Global Head of Real Estate & Facilities of Garrett Motion, a successful spin off from Honeywell.  

I led the functional spin off of Transportation systems real estate platform into a stand alone $3B company, established a $20M P&L real estate and facilities platform and operation models at company, country and project levels, set up global integrated FM strategy and delivery framework, deployed standard process and procedures aligned to the core business.

Before that, I worked as a Director, Global Real Estate Strategy at Honeywell being responsible for developing and executing on real estate strategies in portfolio totaling 500 sites and 19M SF driving productivity and growth within the portfolio.

I joined Honeywell in 2010 as an EMEA Real Estate Manager having previously worked for Colliers International as part of the newly established Corporate Solutions team in Prague since 2005.
