Charlie Andrews joined Colliers International in September 2019  as a member of the Industrial and Logistics team in Birmingham focusing on disposals and acquisitions, ranging from multi-let industrial estates to large distribution facilities, throughout the wider Midlands area. Charlie has previously worked in Real Estate Valuations for a large multi-national firm.

Harry graduated from the University of the West of England, having completed a placement year in the Industrial & Logistics department  in the Colliers Bristol office. Harry spent two years in the Valuation & Advisory team in the Bristol office  and is a Registered Valuer.

Harry is a Senior Surveyor in the Development Advisory department, working alongside Anthony Shapland and Arthur Boulding.

Tom joined Colliers International in August 2016 as part of the graduate intake. As part of his training Tom was exposed to a broad range of different property disciplines including agency and valuation work.

Tom now works as part of the Residential Agency and Advisory team in Manchester, the majority of his work is focused on advising clients on the valuation, apprasial and disposal of predominantly residential led  but also mixed use development  opportunities across the North West of England.

Vice President - Business responsibility for property management services in the residential business unit.

Chief Financial Officer of Colliers International Finland, also head of Property Management Financial Services (Financial services and lease administration and fund accounting). Responsible for Finland's IT Function and legal. I have worked in Colliers International since 2016.

Previously worked as Group CFO in private equity companies in retail (Anttila Group) and healthcare sector (Terveystalo and Mainio Vire). Also Group CFO in Ramirent Plc (construction machinery rental).

Business Application Manager responsible for Salesforce and Sharepoint in Colliers Finland. That includes internal system and process development, vendor management and user support.

Over 25 years experience in consulting and real estate development companies, occupying executive management positions as well as a long-standing member on several Boards of Director.
Proven strategic business planning skills with expertise of corporate finance in the real estate industry together with the experience in setting up different joint ventures with other RE and non-RE players. In addition, I was cofounder of an international consultancy company focused in large scale affordable housing projects in developing countries.
