As Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Chris is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the business in the region. Bringing a depth of experience in building and growing businesses in mature and emerging markets, Chris has played an integral role in growing Colliers International into its current position as a top three global commercial real estate services provider.
Passionate about providing our clients with the highest level of service, Chris is committed to ensuring a seamless service experience across our complete range of services offered in the 43 countries in which we operate in the region.
In addition to his role as CEO in the EMEA, Chris is also a member of the global senior executive team that sets the vision and strategy for Colliers International.
Chris’ real estate career began in 1987 when he joined Colliers International as an office leasing advisor in Toronto. One of the most active top producers in Canada, he received awards for completing the most transactions in a single year in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
In 1994, Chris relocated to Mexico City to build the Latin America business. In his five years there, he was lead principal on four major acquisitions in Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Columbia. In 1998, he was appointed CEO for the region.
In 1999, Chris moved to Miami, home to over 500 Latin American headquarters, to set up the regional corporate solutions team.
Chris returned to Toronto in 2002 and expanded his responsibility as CEO of EMEA, focusing on the growth of the emerging European markets and leading acquisitions in six countries in Southeast Europe, the UK, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands. In 2008, he moved to London where he set up the EMEA headquarters.
In 2012, Chris served as lead principal in the acquisition of the Colliers German affiliate, bringing five cities and 230 professionals into the fold.
In 2014, he was lead principal in the acquisition of the AOS Group, the premier occupier-focused business in Europe, in a deal that added to the company 430 professionals across 10 countries in multiple service lines.
Throughout his career, Chris has delivered exceptional service, fulfilling the real estate needs of major corporations such as Nortel Networks, Federal Express, Oracle Corporation, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Dun & Bradstreet, Ford Motor Land, Microsoft, Regus Business Centers and Silicon Graphics.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Davoud is responsible for establishing and leading the strategic direction and delivering business expansion through the fulfilment of our Enterprise ’25 growth strategy. Davoud joined Colliers in an Executive Board role in 2012 holding the position of Head of EMEA Finance and Corporate Development. In 2017 he became Chief Financial Officer for the region, before becoming the CEO for EMEA in 2022.
Focused on delivering the bold targets set in the five-year Enterprise ’25 growth strategy, Davoud supports organic growth through the EMEA expert country leadership team, business line expansion, particularly in Capital Markets, Property Management, and Occupier Services, and strategic acquisitions that enable the EMEA region to build at scale. Notable examples in the first six months of 2022 include:

Before Colliers, Davoud began his career at KPMG and then moved to FTSE 100 listed Group Reed Elsevier plc. Davoud also spent time working in the UK business of DTZ.

I am an accomplished communications professional and leader in B2B content marketing and social selling, with over 20 years’ experience in corporate communications and product marketing. As Colliers International’s Chief Marketing Officer | EMEA, I direct strategy, marketing platforms and teams across digital, research, events, PR, comms, business development and key client engagement for the enterprise in the region, encompassing 42 national markets. I was honoured to be promoted to CMO of the Europe, Middle East & Africa region following my previous role with Colliers since 2016 as Executive Director & Head | Marketing & Communications | Asia.
As a passionate advocate of comms and change leader in enterprise marketing processes I am a regular in-house speaker across the business, hosting marketing and social selling training with business line teams and senior leadership. I’ve also enjoyed being a regular speaker at marketing and communications industry events, including the B2B Marketers Forum APAC and was Chair of the CMO Asia Summit in 2018 and 2019.
I specialise in directing content and insight-led marketing, social selling and lead generation through the content ecosystem, corporate brand strategy and development, public relations, stakeholder and internal communications, hands-on management of integrated marketing campaigns for M&A, service launches and repositioning.
Prior to working with Colliers, I established Giant Communications in 2010 for Asia, US and European clients in the real estate and design sectors, consulting to public companies, professional services firms, government and not-for-profit organisations. Before Giant, I held senior marketing roles in the architectural industry and with a major property marketing agency.
EMEA Country Leadership

Tony is Chief Executive Officer, UK and Ireland.
Tony has been CEO for the UK and Ireland since 2010. He is responsible for the direction and growth of the UK business, which now employs over 900 people across 16 offices. His focus is on accelerating clients’ success locally and internationally through an enhanced level of service, whilst also retaining and recruiting some of the best talent in the commercial property sector.
Tony is a member of Colliers International’s EMEA Board and Global Senior Executive team, which sets the vision and strategy for the company.

Antoine joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Head of France and a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. His expertise in corporate real estate services brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 30 years, having held senior positions with CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Ernst & Young. He is well known for his client focus, strategic vision and enterprising spirit.

As Managing Partner of Colliers International in Poland, Monika is responsible for all strategic and operational activities of the company. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the CEO Round Table, Young Presidents' Organization and Women Leadership in Business Foundation. Monika is a licensed property manager passionate about real estate and delivering tailor made solutions. In April 2015, Monika was named Professional of the Year in the prestigious CEE Quality Awards organised in cooperation with the Financial Times. Monika is one of the twelve members of the Colliers EMEA Board, which sets the direction of the company’s development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Monika graduated from the Sheffield Hallam University, Faculty of Development and Society, and holds an MBA from The Polish Open University affiliated with Oxford Brookes in London. She is a local patriot promoting Poland among foreign investors and tenants. A real fan of innovative, out-of-the-box solutions taking business to the next level of development.

As Head of Occupier Advisory I help clients to develop real estate solutions that support their business strategy. Whether they want to improve their image, optimize their finances, support growth or create a cultural change, their real estate can help achieve these challenges. With a large experience in workplace strategy, tenant representation and office fitout I can provide advice throughout the whole real estate process.

Iglika Yordanova joined Colliers team in 2002.
Since 2008, Iglika has been actively involved in Colliers Bulgaria operations as part of the management team and as a Manager Retail Services has played a keay role in the structuring of the Retail department and the company positioning as a market leader.
At the beginning of 2013 Iglika was promoted to Deputy Managing Director and soon afterwards in July same year became the Managing Driector of the company.

In Real Estate and in the Czech Republic, Tewfik started his career in 1999, out of which he spent 16 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). During these 16 years with JLL, Tewfik was a key CEE leader and instrumental to the growth of JLL’s business in the Czech Republic. Tewfik was heading various departments and business lines between 2003 and 2010, such as Office Agency, Industrial, Retail and Residential.
From 2007 till January 2017 Tewfik was the Managing Director of JLL in Czech and in 2011 he became one of three key CEE Board Members overseeing seven countries in the CEE/SEE region and aiming at setting up strategies and connecting the region’s platform and clients. In September 2017 Tewfik set up his own Consultancy firm "THREESIXTY" with his partners, which eleven month later it merged with Colliers International and Tewfik became a Managing Partner at Colliers International Czech Republic.

Carsten Gørtz Petersen is CEO of Colliers in Denmark with the overall responsibility for the company, including growth, organization, strategy, and organizational development. Carsten is involved in key transactions, valuation of commercial, residential and investment properties as well as property portfolios. He also offers advisory services to public and private clients.
From his previous positions, Carsten has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and another 20 years of experience in financial consulting, predominantly in the real estate industry.

Ari is CEO of Colliers Finland. He has over 20 years of international experience in ICT and B2B outsourcing business. During his career, Ari has worked in several managerial positions leading both mid-size business units as well as large international organizations. Ari gets excited about working with strategy, go-to-market and transformation plans and deploying ones. During his career, he has gained experience in managing change, especially the impact of digitalizing. Ari is especially enthusiastic about knowledge management and the added value it brings, both to companies own operations and to the customer.

Declan joined Jackson Stops (now Colliers International, Dublin) in 1991 and was appointed Managing Director in 2005. He is recognised as a senior industry figure in the Irish market with expertise and in-depth experience representing major corporate clients, project and development assembly (greenfield to finished product), major investment transactions and international retailer representation.

AREA OF EXPERTISE: Dirk has over 25 years experience in hotel operational consulting with a focus on database management & customer loyalty programs and hotel reservation systems in the global market. Dirk is a specialist in strategic management & marketing projects with clarity in vision and strategy, leading to tangible results. Focus on cross border assignments, leveraging extensive entrepreneurial expertise in Europe, the Middle East, India, Brazil and Russia. Dirk has expertise in fields such as multi country assigments, strategic marketing, International Business Development, International Private Public Initiatives, hospitality consultancy and corporate finance assignments. Spending 3 years in hotel development and real estate financing related areas he combined his expertise as a hotel operations specialist in his new role since late 2009 as Director Hotels for Colliers International in the Netherlands. Dirk incorporated the current Hotels division of Colliers International in the Netherlands and is a Partner at Colliers in the Netherlands. He also heads the Colliers EMEA hotels team within the Colliers EMEA region. Since September 1, 2017 he is the Chief Executive officer for Colliers in the Netherlands leding a team of 330 professionals and 6 offices.

Laurentiu, Managing Partner at Colliers International Romania, has over 14 years of experience in real estate services including valuation, advisory and investment. He joined Colliers in 2007 as a real estate valuer and in 2009 he was promoted to Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, with the responsibility to expand the valuation team in Romania. In 2015, he became Head of Investment, developing the Capital Markets services and later appointed as Senior Partner within Colliers International Romania in 2016, managing over 20 experts. As of march 2018, Laurentiu was promoted Managing Partner.
Before joining Colliers, Laurentiu worked for 10 years at Vodafone Romania/Connex, holding different management positions within Marketing and Customer Operations Divisions. Between 2014 and 2017 he has been Vice-President of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Valuers).
In parallel, I was involved raising funds for various projects, such as Teach for Romania, The Romanian Foundation for Neurology and Epilepsy and “Prietenia” Association.

Stela joined Colliers in August 2007 as a Key Account Consultant with primary account management responsibility of City Park, the first international style shopping center in Albania. This shopping center of 40,000 GLA opened in late December 2009 and currently houses anchors such as Mercator as the supermarket and Euronics as the electronics anchor, Intersport as the leading sportsware tenant, and a children’s entertainment area. Stela was able to facilitate the entrance of these international tenants to the Albanian market for the first time during the global financial crisis.
Stela was promoted to General Manager of the Tirana/Albania team in October of 2007. She has been in this role until March of 2011 when she was promoted to Managing Director of the Albanian office. In her day to day work Stela is responsible for client and business management as well as overall management of staff and the office covering areas of finance, HR, and marketing. She is the leader of the Albanian office and is responsible for the business growth of Colliers in Albania. Stela was promoted to Managing Partner in May 2013, a role which she holds to date.

Vedrana Likan’s name is widely known and recognized in the business world of Croatia and the wider Adriatic Region as a synonym to the real estate and investments, market development and a sustainable economy, intellectual entrepreneurship, as well as women's leadership and systematic efforts to empower women in business.
Vedrana is holding a position of Managing Partner at Colliers Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina for the past 16 years. Her role within the company is to ensure its growth and top-quality services to our clients, make strategic decisions, promote the company and expand our business. She has been with the company since 2006, and in 2007 she became the director of the firm.
In early 2012, she became member of Colliers Expansion & Business Development team for North Africa. Since 2017, Vedrana organised series of delegation trips to Israel, China and UAE to promote real estate and investment businesses in CEE and SEE, with special focus on Adriatic region, which resulted with strong entrance and nowadays presence in the region of major investors originating from those countries.

Karim Helal started his career in banking in 1972 at the Arab African International Bank as Head of International Finance Department, later moving to Bahrain to establish the banks new OBU subsidiary following which he joined another regional bank based in Bahrain
as MD of the group operating in the GCC, South East Asia and London.
In June 2008, returned to Cairo as the group CEO of CI Capital Holding and has since led the company to new heights. Upon his arrival at CI Capital Karim initiated the launch of L.E 250 million SME focused private equity fund, and launched the CI Capital "Look East' initiate, positioning CI Capital as the financial partner of choice in Egypt for Asian companies . He led CI Capital investment banking deals and transaction which resulted in CI Capital becoming the best investment Bank in Egypt according to the Egyptian Stock Exchange and Global Trade Matters in 2010.

Maile is the CEO of Colliers Estonia starting from April 2016. Before re-joining Colliers, Maile was analysing potential investment opportunities for Russian private investors in the Baltics in a local family-office company Zenith Capital Management. Maile has been working in real estate sector over 10 years, most of it in Colliers Estonia, providing valuation and consultancy services to many local and international corporate clients.

I am senior real estate executive and entrepreneur with 15+ years’ experience leading real estate investment, development, sales, construction and turnaround operations. We have successfully built and managed high-performance international teams to facilitate and close large real estate transactions in Georgia.
I have experience of developing large scale commercial, mixed use and resort projects in Georgia. We have closely worked with international consultants and master-planners to develop overall close to 5 millions square meters of land area and circa 1.5 million square meters of development volume.

I have 15 years of experience in the field of real estate advisory. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a manager of transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young Saudi Arabia. During this period, I was involved in managing and delivering real estate assignments: feasibility studies, market research, best use studies, business plan, financial modeling, and business valuation.
I have vast experience in real estate and hospitality sector feasibility studies, covering some of the biggest projects in Saudi Arabia: 5 star hotels, furnished apartments, residential resorts, commercial malls, residential cities, office towers, commercial complexes, land use, e-real estate, and real estate financing.

Deniss Kairans is a Partner and Managing Director at Colliers International in Latvia who joined the company in 2005. Deniss is responsibile for managing a Colliers team in Latvia and is taking a leading role in Colliers pan Baltic business platform.
Over 15 year presence in the Baltics, Colliers has proved its leading positions in various commercial real estate service lines such as Reasearch&Advisory, Capital Markets, Brokerage and Valuations.

Ramune Askiniene is a Partner and Director at Colliers International in Lithuania, joined the company in 2005 as a market analyst responsible for market research. More than the last 10 years of work on highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, concept planning, economic-financial analysis, due-diligence has formed her solid and professional industry knowledge, complemented by global know-how experience. Under her management, a great number of analytics projects in all segments of the Lithuanian real estate market was completed successfully (including but not limited to development studies prepared for industrial properties covering a total area of over 700 hectares).
In addition, Ramune is actively involved in valuation and investment projects (recent transactions: sale of Dobrovole LC with a total area of 17,050 sqm in Vilnius, DSV LC portfolio sale in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, a total of 32,900 sqm). Yves is the Managing Director of Colliers Luxembourg, and is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Prior to this, Yves set-up the Advisory department of DTZ (now ‘Cushman & Wakefield’) for Luxembourg and Belgium.

Milovan joined Colliers International in 2007 and has started as an ICAS Officer.
In 2009 he took the role of Senior office representative and he was coordinating all activities of the Montenegrin office together with SEE Regional director.
At the end of 2010 he officially became General Manager of Colliers International, Montenegro.
Milovan has graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and before he joined Colliers International he worked as Computer Designer, Research Assistant, Advisor for Marketing, Financial Officer, Marketing Manager and free entrepreneur. Milovan has successfully undertaken research studies related to all types of property, such as hotels and resorts, industrial premises, office and retail blocks, land parcels and residential properties and he was directly involved in all big projects that Colliers has done in Montenegro. He is a certified appraiser and he is LEED qualified. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Green Building Council of Montenegro and Colliers is the Co-Founder of that Organization​. From December 2014 he is a member of Royal Institutution of Chartered Surveyors.

Jonathan is the Managing Director of the Belfast office and has over 25 years experience in the commercial property sector.
Jonathan is in charge of the Investment and Development departments within the Belfast office. He is extensively involved in the PBSA , BTR markets as well as retail occupational and investment markets with an emphasis on development and the introduction of new stakeholders into the Irish property market.

Thor has over 30 years of professional real estate experience and began his career at Colliers International in 1996, initially focusing on investment brokerage. His main expertise area is investment advisory together with retail brokerage/advisory in Norway. Thor focuses on advicing international investors.

Mike Blair is CEO of South Africa and oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic growth for Colliers International in South Africa.
With 22 years’ experience working in both the South African and international property sector, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to the Colliers International South Africa business.
Mike has a proven track record with commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. He is a skilled negotiator with particular strengths in corporate solutions and real estate asset management, and has represented numerous international and multi-national clients. With his experience and understanding of the market, Mike continues to secure his clients optimal deals with reduced risk and exposure.

I have been managing Colliers International in Turkey for the past 15 years, in the capacity of Managing Partner.
My main emphasis during this period; along with the general management of the company, was directing the agency and brokerage services for commercial real estate, helping clients in projects totalling to over a million square meters of leased and sold space.
Prior to the role of Managing Partner, I have been directing the real estate valuation & advisory services, between 2000 and 2004, creating a reference portfolio of over 30 million square meters valued or analyzed, including offices, retail, residential, hotels, and mix-use projects.
I am also one of the founders of Colliers International in Turkey.

Well respected within the industry, Andrew is an Executive Managing Director with over 20 years of global experience within Corporate Real Estate. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge having advised dozens of Fortune 500 companies throughout the world on developing real estate transformation solutions.
As Executive Managing Director of EMEA Occupier Services. Andrew drives strategy, client service delivery and spearheads the growth of Colliers’ occupier business within the EMEA region.
Andrew leads integrated service delivery for all occupier clients specialising in corporate real estate services, portfolio strategy, transaction management, brokerage, lease administration, project management, workplace services, and facilities management outsourcing advisory across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew worked for CBRE where he has held senior leadership roles within their Global Workplace Solutions business in Chicago, Hong Kong, New York and London. He has gained extensive global experience advising large corporations on their global real estate organization and strategy over the last 18 years, having worked across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. Andrew also currently serves on the global board of directors of Corenet, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession.
He has lived and worked internationally and has a deep understanding of the cultural and regional challenges within a global organisation.

Paul Souber is a highly experienced London retail property expert, and has a particular specialism in the luxury sector.
He advises major London landlords – including The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, The Church Commissioners and Shaftesbury Plc – on how their retail holdings in the capital can be enhanced through leasing and placemaking.
His consultancy also involves advising various leading brands on their property strategy and sourcing the stores which best serve their strategic needs.
During a career in which he has advised on the leasing of more than 1.5m sq. ft. of shopping space, Paul has worked with clients including Yves St Laurent, Roksanda Ilincic, Gina Shoes, Balenciaga, Oliver Bonas, Boux Avenue, Sweaty Betty and Headmasters.

James has experience in valuing single trophy assets and large portfolios of commercial and residential investment and development properties across Europe and Africa.
Recently James has been acting for a number of financial institutions and private equity firms in coordinating performing, non-performing and commercial loan valuations across Europe. The portfolio lot sizes have ranged from €250 million to €1 billion.
Recently James has been very active in the Dutch and German real estate markets working closely with the Colliers network in these countries.
James also carries out annual and semiannual valuations for financial reporting purposes along with one off valuations for IPO listings.
