Iglika Yordanova

Iglika Yordanova joined Colliers team in 2002.

Since 2008, Iglika has been actively involved in Colliers Bulgaria operations as part of the management team and as a Manager Retail Services has played a keay role in the structuring of the Retail department and the company positioning as a market leader.  

At the beginning of 2013 Iglika was promoted to Deputy Managing Director and soon afterwards in July same year became the Managing Driector of the company.

Since 2006, Retail team has completed commercialization of Mall of Sofia, Park Mall Stara Zagora, Mall Plovdiv, Burgas Plaza, The Mall, Grand Mall Varna, Galleria Burgas, as well as exclusive mandates for the commercialization Sofia Ring Mall (69,000 sq. m.GLA), Plaza West (30,000 sq.m. GLA) and the repositioning of City Center Sofia ( 20,500 sq. m.GLA) in Sofia.

Prior to that, Iglika has been a member of the Colliers’commercial department, acting as an advisor in the disposal of Mtel’s corporate buildings, tenant rep of E&Y, etc. 

Before joining Colliers, Iglika had more than two years experience in the FMCG and retail industry where she specialized in the fields of Customer Service and Sales.
