About Me
Jonathan is the Managing Director of the Belfast office and has over 25 years experience in the commercial property sector.
Jonathan is in charge of the Investment and Development departments within the Belfast office. He is extensively involved in the PBSA , BTR markets as well as retail occupational and investment markets with an emphasis on development and the introduction of new stakeholders into the Irish property market.
Initiator of many retail parks and standalone foodstores throughout Northern Ireland.
Lead development advisor on Tribeca, Castlebrooke`s 1.5m sqft mixed use redevelopment of Belfast City Centre.
Concluded Belfast`s first BTR deal ( Grainger plc).
