Social, Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance

·         Conducts compliance audit to soft and hard line factory for clients

·         Ensures factory/vendor compliance meets local and international regulations and standards

·         Provides training to vendors on customer requirements in meeting social, health, safety and environmental and CTPAT compliance. Trainings include Observer Development Program, Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Ergonomics, Incident Reporting and Preventive Measures, Higgs Index Self-Assessment, Pollution Control and Compliance.

·         Prepares audit reports for customer approval of vendors that has been evaluated.

·         Manage factory evaluation and provides recommendations for issues found during audit process.

·         Implemented Fire drill and earthquake drill for low and medium rise building in coordination with local government units.

Occupational Health & Safety

·         Directed and involved in the revision and updating of HSE policy and procedure

·         Developed HSE programs for work specific application

·         Handled HSE budget and cost control for equipments and materials

·         Involved in incident investigation and reports critical actions to Facility Manager.

·         Coordinated with PFO Engineers of Chevron Philippines for efficient alignment & implementation of HSE programs.

·         Monitors daily HSE activities of project employees thru collaboration with Engineers

·         Re-organized Permit system, LPS reports and IIR for effective monitoring of HSE performance

Facility & Project Management

·         Supervised team of technical staff assigned in data center facilities. Ensure electromechanical equipments, electrical upstream and downstream system in optimum condition. Evaluate and provide preventive and predictive maintenance of facility equipment.

·         Conducts daily routine monitoring of critical support equipments (UPS, Chillers, HVAC system, Genset and Synchro-panel, etc.)

·         Ensures fire detection and suppression system are reliable and periodic maintenance inspection and testing ore conducted.

·         Ensures compliance in Business Continuity Management Program, Energy Management System, Safety Health and Environment Management System

·         Ensures safe and technically correct methods of procedure for critical works to be done by contractors and in-house team.

·         Provided technical drawings of single line diagram of as-built facilities.

·         Supervised a team of technical staff deployed on-site for Gasoline Retail Stations, Residential & Commercial establishments.

Ganapathy is an astute technical professional with over 25+ years of diverse experience in the field of Facilities Management services. He has equally represented corporate clients and developers, likewise, has also worked for leading service providers enhancing technical services capabilities & successfully delivering various performance management contracts.

Ganapathy’s focus is on enhancing asset and infrastructure health and service life thereby as a natural fall-out provide energy conservation measures, by interfacing technology, Digital Twins & Artificial Intelligence in tandem with good engineering operational practices to pave the way for efficiency and reliability. He is equally adept at non-engineering services, contributing in setting up standards & benchmarking services both to Indian & International standards.

Having 5+ years of experience in Facility Management Services.

About 3 years in  Construction and Engineering Services Industry,  gave Engr. Briton a  great experience in handling hand-ons and theoritical technical challenges.  Has 5 years experience in the Facility and Property Management honing his  capability in administrative management,  customer service, client- tenant relations and  asset management.

In 2014, Engr. Briton got his Registered Electrical Engineer License which gave him the gateaway to put his interest into practice. Joined Colliers in 2016 as Building Engineer and in 2020 to date,  Engr. Briton promoted as Property Manager and tasked to handle and manage the property's daily operations , finance and bookkeeping, asset management and maintenance,  tenant relations, staff supervision and  compliance with all applicable policies and regulations both local and national at one of Colliers managed site at Cebu.
