Natasha joined Colliers in 2018 with over 20 years of Commercial asset management experience including industrial, office, retail, aviation and mixed use properties.
Natasha brings to our team extensive experience in contract management, facilities and project management and tenant negotiation.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills including effectively liaising with owners, tenants, contractors, Natasha is able to maximize outcomes, even in the toughest of situations.
Natasha’s professionalism and outstanding organisation skills ensure that both the day-to-day property management functions are completed effectively along with the once off, more intensive projects
Starting my real estate career in 2019, after many years of working in retail and as a business owner. I have always had a passion for real estate, and now I've joined Colliers Toowoomba to further my knowledge and learn from a fantastic team.
I grew up in South Toowoomba and have lived here most of my life, I love what toowoomba has to offer for families, with having great schools and parks it has made it an easy decession to call Toowoomba home. I enjoy spending my down time around my family and playing sport.
With having sold multiple properties around Toowoomba, I'm looking forward to helping more people/families with the transition. I'm excited to be involved with Colliers Toowoomba and very excited for the future that lies ahead.
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian National Executive Board.

Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Roots firmly embedded in local soil combine with a wealth of real estate experience for Zach Hylton. Driven to succeed, the Queenstown native elevated his property career through four years spent on Australia’s Gold Coast. Listing and selling premium property in a highly-competitive environment taught Zach the importance of both the fundamentals of the business and the need to embrace change. Utilising technology platforms to evolve ahead of the market, Zach prioritises client communication and offers a high-energy and personally-tailored approach for each client.
