Webinar Recap: The New Work Experience

Uncover insights on how occupiers around the world are adapting their workplace strategies for the future of work.

Colliers’ Workplace Advisory team hosted two live sessions on the 15th and 16th of December featuring workplace experts from around the world. More than 440 attendees joined to learn more about how businesses are adapting their workplace strategy and implementing new ways of working.

These 60-minute live events included two sets of panelists. Each session included a “Panel Exchange on Emerging Ideas” where top organisational leaders shared their experiences with our audiences.

Both sessions featured insights from the two global surveys that the workplace team conducted in 2020. The first was launched in March in response to the pandemic’s impact and to capture initial experiences from working from home. The second survey, launched in September, sought to understand what has emerged after eight months of working from home and how these shifts are influencing a return-to-the-office strategy.

In addition, the team collaborated to create a global infographic exploring a comparison of the two surveys findings, as well as sharing how these insights are shaping the future. Download the infographic here.

With my professional background as a qualified architect, I bring across more than 18 years of experience working in commercial design across Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. During my professional career I have worked with distinguished international design firms such as HOK and Ronald Lu & Partners. Previously I held a paralle role at CBRE where I was Associate Director of the Workplace team, servicing and advising the likes of HSBC, AXA, Bayer, Cisco and Citibank as a workplace consultant and change manager.

I will be driving Workplace initiatives delivering effective, flexible and high performance user environments. My specialist experience in design, workplace strategy and organisational change management will further help our client enterprises in developing solutions, aligning business goals with workplace strategy and optimising their employee performance.

I report to Abhishek Bajpai, Managing Director Corporate Solutions APAC. I will take an active role in the Global Workplace team to solidify and extend Colliers’ Workplace Strategy service offerings in Asia.

I speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
