Rikke’s primary tasks are case management related to project developments within all residential segments as well as sale of investment and residential rental properties in close collaboration with partner Søren Lindbjerg. This includes preparation of sales presentations, prospectuses and purchase agreements.

Frederik offers general strategic advice as well as transaction advisory services in connection with acquisitions and divestments of high-volume real estate assets and real estate-related companies.
