The portfolio, which is part of the iconic residential building complex of Dronningegården (Queen’s court) in central Copenhagen comprises a total GLA of some 8,200 sq m, distributed on 99 residential units, and 56 parking spaces.
The residential units are located in a very sought-after location, and the individual unit sizes range from 46-195 sq m, and they are therefore expected to appeal to a wide range of tenants and owners.
“This transaction confirms that residential properties with prime locations always will be in high demand from investors. In spite of the portfolio’s moderate net initial yield, the investor interest has been solid. The buyer is a foreign investor, who will continue with Patrizia’s divestment strategy, where vacant residential units will be divested on the private ownership market as they become vacant”, says Muhamed Jamil Eid, Manager of Colliers Valuation & Advisory.
