• Mediation of Danish and international retail chains’ establishment or assignment of leases in Aarhus City, including Hennes & Mauritz, Bestseller, Benetton Group, G-Star RAW, Designers Remix, Kaufmann, Skoringen, Baresso Coffee, Bianco Sko, Forex Bank, DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, Stenströms, BITTE KAI RAND and Eva & Claudi.
• Mediation of box stores to i.a. Invita, JKS, KVIK, Skousen, Pro Golf Scandinavia, TREK, Multiform, Evers, Fliseuniverset, Idealcombi, Ønskebørn, Hööks and Illums Bolighus.
• Sale of residential letting properties and other investment/project properties in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Randers, Silkeborg and Skanderborg.
