Mehrdad Mangaard Sarraf

Mehrdad’s primary task is management of Colliers’ Aarhus office, which primarily operates in user segments and with investment properties as well as with letting. Mehrdad has many years of experience with financing of large commercial properties and development projects from Danske Bank/Realkredit Danmark and Nykredit among others, including completion of transactions and strategic advisory services. Mehrdad’s primary areas of expertise are transactions and strategic advisory services related to the investment market and project development, which are combined with advisory services related to optimisation of financial structures.
