Michael has worked his entire career at Colliers and for 30 plus years he has focused on assisting his clients with developing real estate strategies that support their business requirements.

His team provides strategic direction and execution across multiple service lines- Portfolio strategy, Transactions, Project Management, Technology, Lease Administration, Consulting Workplace Strategy, Data Centers, Supply Chain, and other areas.

In 2020 PepsiCo hired Michael and his team to transition them from a decentralize real estate approach to a centralized strategy for their international property portfolio of 1200 + properties. Michael was responsible for managing a global team to transition the setup of the account, to implement the new portfolio tracking technology globally and to develop the standard policies and procedures for all the activity on the account.

Joined the Occupiers Services team at Colliers in 1998.  Teresa has focused on building relationships, trust and influence and becoming deeply committed to helping her clients develop real estate strategies based on the business need of the corporation.

Lindsay is the Vice President of Account Management, Corporate Solutions, Occupier Services, Canada.  She is responsible for fostering and maintaining national and international client relationships with a focus on collaboration, innovation and unparalleled client service.  She is an established corporate real estate executive with 16 years of practical real estate experience working with high volume, large occupier clients across multi markets and varied asset classes.

Lindsay works closely with her clients to help align their real estate interests with their short and long term business objectives.  She draws on a broad range of industry experience to assist clients with portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, process development, governance and account oversight. 

Chris works on the Corporate Solutions team as a Director of Account Management, working with providing client transaction management, strategy, financial analysis, global research and portfolio management on portfolio sizes from 50 to 1,000 locations worldwide.

Neil is the Senior Director, Enterprise Clients, Occupier Services, Canada.  He specializes in process based real estate services for multi-market accounts acting as a single point of accountability to ensure the quality delivery of client services.  

Neil is an experience commercial real estate having successfully completed office, industrial and land transactions throughout Canada during his career.  Neil joined Colliers in 2022 after 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield  where he  acted as single point of contact for transaction management servies for several national organizations.  Neil started his career in commercial real estate as an  agent with J.J. Barnicke Limited in Mississauga.

Nick is a Broker focusing specifically on Office Occupier/Tenant Representation. Nick provides integrated real estate support services to businesses and government agencies including but not limited to needs analysis, area calculation exercises, lease audits, alternatives evaluation, market analysis, financial modeling and head lease/sublease/lease renewal negotiations.

Nick graduated from Ryerson University, with a focus on Real Estate Management. During his studies, Nick worked at Keller Williams as a Sales Representative in residential real estate. 

Drawing on this background,  Nick is dedicated to provide clients his expertise and service excellence, aligning real estate and workplace strategies with long term business goals to ultimately add value in terms of both time and monetary savings as well as mitigating risks.

Grace joined the Colliers Occupier Services team in 2019 in the Montreal office. As an Account Associate, Grace supports her team in setting up mandates with multi-national corporations and enabling clients to efficiently manage their portfolios worldwide.

Most recently, Grace has worked with PepsiCo in setting up their global partnership with Colliers, which was established in 2020. Specifically, Grace has worked with her team to manage the global account setup and oversaw the integration of the PepsiCo portfolio, consisting of over 3,000 leases, into Colliers’ databases, namely WorkTrac and Colliers360. Grace was instrumental in creating a process whereby PepsiCo Global Real Estate (PGRE) could define and track their cost savings and cost avoidance achievements across all of their real estate transactions globally. Grace continues to work alongside PGRE to continuously monitor their assets and develop strategies that will optimize PepsiCo’s real estate portfolio given their long-term business objectives and current global market conditions.

Grace’s responsibilities also include supporting her team with portfolio management, transaction management and financial modelling for local, national and global projects. Since joining Colliers, Grace has worked with several clients across a wide variety of industries and asset classes. In 2019, Grace created financial models for the relocation and consolidation of Groupe CH’s head office in downtown Montreal. With the onset of COVID-19, Grace and her team were able to sublease one of Groupe CH’s floors to Apple, generating a 96% recovery for Groupe CH. In 2021, Grace assisted in generating $350,000 USD in savings for Orange Business Services across their office and network locations in Latin America. In terms of industrial assets, Grace has worked alongside Magna International in the United States to develop build-to-suit projects in markets with low vacancy due to COVID-19.

Grace continues to work with her team to develop processes that are customized to their clients’ business models and that are aligned with their future business objectives.
