Bryce Young joined Colliers working exclusively with the Fraser Valley Commercial Group. Bryce is responsible for the generation of leads for investment sales, development land, as well as leasing throughout the Fraser Valley market for a variety of asset types including retail and office assets.

Bryce is highly regarded for his exceptional work ethic and ability to consistently exceed client expectations through extensive marketing campaigns, resulting in timely deliverables. He is able to maximize value for his clients through his ability to project the potential future value of an asset. He works closely and diligently with his clients throughout the planning and execution of their investment strategies.

Bryce came to Colliers from a background in appraisal and real estate portfolio management and has been able to leverage his past experiences to provide his clients with a better understanding of the value of their assets.

Robyn Baxter is a client focused, results oriented workplace  strategy leader with over 30 years of experience developing  effective workplace, change and engagement strategies.

Robyn is skilled in developing long term solutions and engaging executive leaders, with a focus on  delivering business value. She and her team investigate the intersection of individuals and their workspaces to help clients make workplace investments that will accelerate business processes, enhance employee experiences, and advance technology integration. She facilitates research and engagement methods that lead to evidence-based decisions.

With expertise in design-thinking,  she makes a difference by lending creativity and curiosity to solve complex problems. Adrian focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial assets in the west GTA. His experience includes advising on projects ranging from small to 100,000+ square feet, where he has been relied upon for client management, needs analysis, strategy and business planning, and negotiation of complex real estate transactions.  Prior to his commercial real estate career, Adrian held a technology sales role with Xerox Canada where he developed entrepreneurial skills that formed the foundation of how he approaches his business today.   

Neil has consistently proven his ability to strategically focus and find solutions for unique properties.  His understanding and ability to provide guidance in underwriting has delivered proven results.  Neil’s primary focus is in representing landlord, developers and investors.  Neil has over 20 years experience in brokerage and has been instrumental in finding opportunities for developers and investors.
