His experience includes advising on projects ranging from small to 100,000+ square feet, where he has been relied upon for client management, needs analysis, strategy and business planning, and negotiation of complex real estate transactions. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Adrian held a technology sales role with Xerox Canada where he developed entrepreneurial skills that formed the foundation of how he approaches his business today.
