Joined the Occupiers Services team at Colliers in 1998.  Teresa has focused on building relationships, trust and influence and becoming deeply committed to helping her clients develop real estate strategies based on the business need of the corporation.

Teresa has focused exclusively on the Occupier Services industry since 1998, managing the real estate operations for Hatch, Mott MacDonald, VitalAire (Subsidiary of AirLiquide), Celestica and  Orange Business Services. 

Within the time, Teresa has worked closely with her client base to assess the business drivers and how that will align with the physical space requirement.  Based on the business drivers of her clients she has implemented national, regional and global real estate platforms which includes workplace strategy, portfolio management services and  transaction management services.
