Joined the Corporate Solutions team at Colliers in 1998. As a Managing Director, Teresa is responsible for development of client services, strategic planning, transaction management and portfolio management for the Corporate Solutions Group.
Teresa has focused exclusively on the Corporate Solutions industry since 1998, managing the real estate operations for 3M, Hatch, Mott MacDonald, VitalAire (Subsidiary of AirLiquide), Bristol Myers Squibb, Orange Business Services, Federal Express, Robert Half International, Kelly Services, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and Tyco.
Within the time, Teresa has worked closely with her client base to assess the business drivers and how that will align with the physical space requirement. Based on the business drivers of her clients she has implemented national, regional and global real estate platforms which includes portfolio management services, transaction management services and workplace strategy.
