I have over 8 years of Financial Planning Analysis experience including Budgeting, Forecasting, Benchmarking, Strategic Analysis, Consolidations, and Variance Analysis.

I spent 5 years working as an Analyst for Intel in Dublin and Portland working across the Company supporting Technology Development Fabrication plants.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was employed as an Analyst with the Provincial Health Services Authority. I worked as part of a project team on the integration of the BC Ambulance Service into the PHSA portfolio, as well as proving analytical support to the BC Centre of Disease Control.

Corinne joined Colliers in August 2017 as a Service Centre Coordinator in Real Estate Management Services (REMS) with experience in client interactions/services, administrative support, and a nine year background in team leadership in a call centre environment.

Prior to working at Colliers, Corinne worked  as Team Lead and Culture Ambassador for a Telecommuniations Organization for 9 years, where she focused on customer relations and team growth and development. 

In August of 2018, Corinne took on the role as Team Lead at the National Service Centre, and continues to liaise with Property Manaagers and General Managers across Canada. Corinne oversees the National Service Centre and oversees property onobarding and offboarding, managing current and future procedures, and provides guidance and support to the Service Centre Coordinators in Vancouver.

Chris works on the Corporate Solutions team as an Account Manager, working closely with clients providing them with transaction management, financial analysis, global research and portfolio management on portfolio sizes from 50 to 1,000 locations worldwide.

Gordon has 30 years experience in the construction industry, including the establishment of two consulting practices. He has led successful delivery of hundreds of commercial, municipal, institutional and retail projects throughout Canada. He has extensive expertise delivering specialized project management services requiring rigorous quality, cost, sustainability and schedule control. Gordon is responsible for the compliance of Colliers Project Leaders’ quality assurance program with ISO 9001:2008 requirements and all aspects of operational excellence.

As the Vice President of the Toronto region, Deepu brings over 24 years of experience in real estate property development and construction. His years of experience as an architectural consultant, LEED Accredited Professional, and design manager allows him to provide valuable client representation in leading large multidisciplinary design and construction teams on both public and private sector projects. Deepu has successfully led projects with different project delivery methodologies like Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, Construction Management and AFP projects. He is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery including feasibility studies, project cost estimates, design development, budget and schedule preparation and monitoring, construction procurement, and construction contract administration.
