Sebastien Beach

Sebastien joined Colliers International Valuation and Advisory services group in Toronto in 2014. Sebastien is currently an Associate, and is working towards his AACI designation.  Prior to joining Colliers, Sebastien worked as a candidate appraiser with a mid-size appraisal company.

Sebastien earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Honors in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 2010. Throughout his university career, Sebastien was actively involved in a number of finance related extra-curricular groups, providing him with practical applications of his studies.  

Over his time at Colliers, Sebastien has completed appraisals covering a broad range of asset types with a specialization in land and multi-residential.

Sebastien has extensive experience working on valuations of large-scale development land and multi-residential assets in the Greater Toronto Area, and across Southern Ontario. Sebastien has worked on a variety of large scale national portfolios and with various national clients along with numerous local clients.
