Sebastien Beach

Sebastien, who is a fully designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, joined Colliers International Valuation and Advisory services group in Toronto in 2014. Prior to joining Colliers, Sebastien worked as a candidate appraiser with a mid-size appraisal company. 

Sebastien earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Honors in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 2010. Throughout his university career, Sebastien was actively involved in a number of finance related extra-curricular groups, providing him with practical applications of his studies.  

Over his time at Colliers, Sebastien has completed appraisals covering a broad range of asset types with a specialization in land and multi-residential.

Sebastien has extensive experience appraising a range of asset types throughout Southern Ontario including development land and multi-residential assets. He has worked on numerous local and national portfolios valuations for a variety of clients.
