More specifically, Teresa manages the building operating systems and all tenant relations; prepares and monitors emergency plans; keeps up with the constant changing building codes; conducts inspections for insurance compliances; develops new tenant relations programs, maximizes operating efficiencies; keeps the asset modern with the rapidly changing technology; prepares the annual budget; works with the accounting team to oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable operations and the monthly financials.

I am an associate with Colliers | Chicago’s Multifamily Advisory group, supporting Vice President Tyler Hague in efforts to originate, underwrite, structure and execute commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial multifamily real estate throughout the Midwest.
