Teresa Huffman has over 13 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her duties as property manager include overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties in the Hampton Roads area. More specifically, Teresa manages the building operating systems and all tenant relations; prepares and monitors emergency plans; keeps up with the constant changing building codes; conducts inspections for insurance compliances; develops new tenant relations programs, maximizes operating efficiencies; keeps the asset modern with the rapidly changing technology; prepares the annual budget; works with the accounting team to oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable operations and the monthly financials.
