The firm facilitated two new leases and seven renewals

Richmond, VA, August 6, 2021 – Colliers International in Virginia (“Colliers”) announced it has successfully secured two new deals and seven renewals this past week. The transactions combined for a total of 39,182 square feet.

New deals included:

  • Tobacco Hut & Vape Village Inc. leased 2,542 square feet at 3150 Lee Highway in Bristol and 1,972 square feet at Halifax Road in South Boston. Rob Black, Robby Brownfield, and Chis Doyle represented the landlord in both transactions.

    Renewals consisted of:

  • Splendor Shower Door Inc renewed 5,146 square feet at 2816 East Parham Road in Richmond. Gray Bryant represented the tenant.
  • Computer Aid, Incorporated renewed 2,055 square feet at 5516 Falmouth Street, Richmond. Megan Sullivan & David Wilkins handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
  • Convergint Technologies, LLC renewed 9,322 square feet at 2812 East Parham Road in Richmond. Jimmy Martin represented the tenant
  • Self Insurance Services LLC renewed 1,846 square feet at 8001 Franklin Farms Drive in Richmond. David Wilkins, Matt Anderson, and Catherine Walker represented the landlord
  • Tuckahoe Orthopedic Associates LTD renewed 7,670 square feet at 8266 Atlee Road in Mechanicsville. John Carpin and Malcolm Randolph represented the landlord. Megan Sullivan and Catherine Walker represented the tenant
  • The Pediatric Center renewed 7,119 square feet at 10571 Telegraph Road in Glen Allen. Matt Anderson and Wood Thornton represented the landlord
  • Lighthouse Keepers, LLC renewed 1,500 square feet at 4508 Commonwealth Centre Parkway in Midlothian. Peter Vick, Harrison Hall, and Maddy Spear represented the landlord.

John Carpin

John Carpin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with his primary responsibilities including landlord representation of industrial and office/medical properties for both institutional and local owners. Peter Vick

As Senior Vice President and Co-Director of the Retail Services Team, Peter Vick specializes in site selection, tenant and landlord representation, land sales and investment sales.

Peter has handled project leasing for existing and ground-up developments. Recent signature assignments include West Broad Village, The Row at GreenGate, Libbie Mill Midtown, and Winterfield Crossing, all mixed-use projects located in Richmond, VA. He has handled the disposition of numerous commercial investment sales that include grocery anchored shopping centers as well as single tenant NNN sales. Working with numerous local and national retailers, Peter has been involved in the leasing of over three million square feet of commercial space and the disposition/acquisition of over $300M in sales.

Peter is responsible for the leasing of a portfolio consisting of four million square feet of retail space throughout Virginia for clients that include, Sauers Properties, Site Centers, Markel Eagle, Rebkee Properties, Gumenick Properties, Blackwood Development, Spy Rock Real Estate Group, Sugar Oak Properties, Riverstone Properties, Colterra Capital, Pruitt Companies, Frontier Development, W.S. Carnes, Premier Companies and numerous other local, Regional and National Landlords and Developers. Additionally, Peter is part of the Colliers team that overseas the National retail expansion of LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators).  

Prior to joining Colliers, Peter was Senior Vice President of Retail Sales and Leasing at Divaris Real Estate in Richmond, VA. Before that, Peter began his real estate career in 2008 with The Wilton Companies in their third-party brokerage department. In 2010, he joined NAI Eagle as a founding partner and principal.
