Gerrit Hillebrand joins the Colliers Reno team from SVN
Reno, NV, June 9, 2021 - Colliers Reno is excited to announce that Gerrit Hillebrand has joined the team as Vice President, effective June 1, 2021. Gerrit will be focusing primarily on multifamily and land transactions, but his relationships and experience span multiple asset classes including industrial, office, and residential. Gerrit was previously a Senior Multifamily Advisor at SVN | Gold Dust Commercial.
Gerrit is the son of a builder and third generation real estate agent, starting his real estate career in Arizona where he worked with developers and investors on large scale residential properties. He relocated to Reno and has been building his land and multifamily business, spending the last decade specializing in off-market opportunities for his clients. Gerrit has more than 17 years in real estate and has seen his clients through the ups and downs of the real estate cycle. Gerrit prides himself on being a marketing and business development expert, understanding the true value in going above and beyond for his clients. In addition to his love of real estate, Gerrit has learned how to foster partnerships with a wide array of clients, has become proficient in negotiating complex acquisitions, and drafts strong contracts to protect his clients’ current and future interests.
