Ricky Anderson has been promoted to executive vice president. Anderson joined Colliers International in 2007 as a commercial agent and quickly became an integral part of the brokerage team representing owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties. He has negotiated more than 750 transactions totaling more than five million square feet. Clients include defense contractors, REITS, national corporations, medical practices, local businesses and developers. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Virginia Tech.
G.S. (Hank) Hankins has been promoted to executive vice president. He specializes in multifamily property sales throughout Virginia. During his career, Hankins has been involved in more than $2.5 billion in multifamily sales. In addition to dispositions, Hankins has also held the role as principal partner for Croatan Investments, leading its acquisitions team as it closed $125 million in multifamily property transactions in Virginia and North Carolina in a two-year period. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
Brian Davidson has been promoted to senior associate. He specializes in leasing and sales for office and flex buildings, representing both tenants and landlords. He has listed more than one million square feet in the Hampton roads area. Davidson has represented both regional and institutional owners, and clients have included medical practices, defense contractors, national corporations and local businesses. He graduated from the University of Virginia, where he majored in economics.
