Jamie’s responsibilities include landlord and tenant representation, leasing, asset management, development, acquisition, and disposition of office assets for Colliers | Alabama. Jamie has been in the real estate industry for more than 12 years and has successfully advised startups, high-growth, and established companies. He delivers customized services on local, national, and global levels that allow companies to make well-informed, profit driven real estate decisions.
Bobby Stevens is a Vice President with Colliers International specializing in industrial real estate. He began his commercial real estate career in 2008 in the appraisal industry. He worked with The Fortis Group (later Integra Realty Resources) for 2 1/2 years, then went into residential and commercial construction, before starting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Analyst in 2016. He later moved into brokerage at C&W, until joining Rusty Bollow at Colliers in 2018. As a fourth generation commercial real estate professional in Salt Lake County, he has a vast knowledge of the area and local clientele.
Bobby has worked on a large variety of transactions, representing owners & landlords, as well as buyers & tenants, and developers in the market. He has experience working with diverse types of companies from specialized manufacturing, to big box distribution, to Class A office/warehouse. He has helped startup companies to find their first location, assisted multi-million dollar national companies relocating their corporate headquarters, and assisted Fortune 500 companies expand and relocate.
Scott Sceili brings to Colliers International over 20 years of successful business transaction experience. He was a top-producing franchise sales manager for Midas International and Jiffy Lube International. He also owned and operated a chain of Quick Lube businesses along the Wasatch Front. Scott has guided hundreds of sellers and buyers through seamless business ownership transitions.
Scott’s experience in business brokerage sales has ranged over many industries, making his expertise widely applicable for his clients. In the past, he has sold a successful ski rental business, a screen-printing and embroidery business, a durable medical equipment business, and an advertising and promotional products company. SCott has also been instrumental in the sale of a number of gas station convenience stores. His gross sales have totaled over $6 million during his career.
Scott served for two years in the army and enjoys fishing in his free time.

Prior to joining the firm, Valerie was with BCMA/Urban Retail Properties as General Manager of the 900,000-square-foot John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse in Boston, managing the property from construction through the first nine years of occupancy. This high profile property also incorporated the public areas of the building, grounds, and waterfront as event space for both public and private use.
Prior to her U.S. Courthouse position, Valerie worked for Colliers as a Boston Class A high rise property manager and for London & Leeds as a portfolio manager.
Scott has proven to be a dynamic and knowledgeable force in the commercial real estate industry, focusing his efforts on seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation and honing his skills in win-win transactions. He has worked in all areas of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales, investment, and development.
Throughout his career, Scott has gained an in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of Utah County commercial real estate as well as an ability to predict tenant needs. Notable projects include the design, development, and leasing of Steelpoint Business Park, an 85,000-square-foot office and warehouse development in Vineyard, Utah, and the design, development, and leasing of Cubby Retail, a 9,000-square-foot retail building in American Fork, Utah. As well as the disposition of over 50,000 square feet of various retail properties throughout Utah for an out-of-state owner.
