About Me
Valerie Reid is a vice president in Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services group. With over twenty-five years of property management experience, Valerie has signifcant expertise in:
- Portfolio management of office, medical, industrial, retail, education and mixed use environments
- Family trust real estate portfolio management
- Lease administration and auditing of institutional portfolios
Prior to joining the firm, Valerie was with BCMA/Urban Retail Properties as General Manager of the 900,000-square-foot John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse in Boston, managing the property from construction through the first nine years of occupancy. This high profile property also incorporated the public areas of the building, grounds, and waterfront as event space for both public and private use.
Prior to her U.S. Courthouse position, Valerie worked for Colliers as a Boston Class A high rise property manager and for London & Leeds as a portfolio manager.
