Bryan Johnson is the former CEO and current Principal of Colliers | Kansas City and has represented office tenants in Kansas City and nationally for the last 43 years. Bryan joined the firm that is now Colliers in 1984, specializing in advising and representing companies with office space needs. 

Ed is the President of the Colliers Kansas City office and is responsible for overseeing all brokerage operations of the Kansas City, Missouri and Lawrence, Kansas offices.

Ed remains very active in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, along with providing clients expertise on site selection and development services for new construction in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Ed has significant experience in representing many local and national clients in their real estate assignments.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Ed is an active member of the Kansas City community and supports several organizations. Some of these include Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program, Morning Glory Ministries and United Way Tocqueville Society.  He is a former board member of Coaches vs. Cancer with the American Cancer Society, Notre Dame de Sion High School and former Board President of Genesis Charter School.

John specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, as well as tenant and buyer representation. John has leased/sold more than 25 million square feet of real estate, completing over 1,000 transactions, with a total volume exceeding $1 billion dollars.

John began his commercial real estate career in 2006 and joined Colliers in January of 2011. In 2012, John was promoted to Senior Vice President, in 2013 became a partner of the firm, in 2019 was promoted to Executive Vice President, and in 2023 promoted to Vice Chair.

Sven Sykes is a vice chair with Colliers’ Occupier Advisors Group. With 30+ years of experience, Sven’s objective is to grow the company’s tenant

representation platform in the Midwest region while continuing to perform corporate services work on behalf of strategic multi-market clients.

Tom Volini serves as Vice Chair with Colliers’ Occupier Advisors Group. Tom joined Colliers in 2011. He is responsible for growing the company’s tenant representation platform in the Midwest region while servicing and expanding the strategic national accounts practice group.

Tom has been exclusively representing office tenants in lease negotiations for more than 28  years. He is a skilled strategist providing in-depth analysis, negotiating expertise and creative real estate solutions to his clients. When advising clients, Tom draws upon a broad range of real estate consulting experience along with his significant corporate board responsibilities and his active investment partnership expertise.
