Paycor leases 33,696 square-feet of space in Southside's Innovation Park office complex

Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord in the transactions

Colliers International Northeast Florida announced Tuesday that Paycor leased 33,696 square feet of space in Innovation Park, an office complex at 6735 and 6737 Southpoint Drive S.

The Army Corps of Engineers leased 5,659 square feet, Colliers also announced.

Both leases are in 6735 Southpoint Drive S.

Paycor is a payroll and human resources firm whose current address is shown on its website as 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd, Suite 306, in Greystone Business Park.

Chuck Diebel, Matt Entriken, Wade Powers and Bob Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord, SUS Holdings LLC, in the transactions.

The leases increase occupancy to 85% since the property was vacated by CSX Corp. in March 2018.

“In the 18 months since Innovation Park rejoined the market, it has proven to be a prime destination for technologically savvy companies,” Diebel said in a news release.

SUS Holdings bought the buildings, totaling 275,229 square feet, in 2010 and invested more than $2.5 million into exterior and interior upgrades since March 2018, Colliers said.

Colliers International Northeast Florida is the exclusive leasing brokerage for the office park, whose tenants include Verizon, Genpact, Intuition LLC and TMC Transportation.

It has 28,592 square feet remaining for lease on two floors in 6735 Southpoint Drive S. and 13,698 square feet remaining for lease on the first floor of 6737 Southpoint Drive S.
