Charlotte, NC – September 29, 2020 - A local building in the Airport Submarket of Charlotte, NC has sold. The building is home to the corporate headquarters of a full-service logistics firm, but the company will remain at the site in a sale lease-back plan for a duration of up to fifteen years.
