Samantha Starkoff

Samantha attended The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University from 2017-2021. Prior to joining Colliers | Columbus, Samantha was an intern for Meridian Capital Group in New York during Summer of 2018 and 2019.

Samantha started as an intern with the Columbus Retail Team in the Fall of 2020, specializing in commercial retail leasing, including both landlord and tenant representation in the Central Ohio area. Samantha then joined Columbus Retail Team as a full-time associate in June 2021. Since joining the team full time, Samantha has assisted in and led leasing and capital market transactions up to $8.3M. Samantha’s market knowledge and varied real estate experience allow her to come up with creative and effective real estate solutions for her landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller clients.

Samantha is also a member of ICSC Next Generation, and attends ICSC Las Vegas every May. She also participates in other CRE conventions including Retail Live! Nashville.
