Gilli has held various retail leasing positions over the past 15 years. He held the position of Regional Lease Manager at RPT Realty (formerly Ramco Gershenson Property Trust), with his primary role of leasing a multi-state territory consisting of over 2.8 million SF of retail property. His vast experience while working at RPT has curated his abilities to work on strategic planning of short and long term shopping center redevelopments. As a broker at Colliers, Gilli has helped clients in both Tenant & Landlord representation along with purchase and dispositions of retail assets. Gilli has been a 3x recipient of both Power Broker of the Year in 2019, 2020 & 2021, along with Power Broker of the Quarter multiple times in his career.

Andrew has held a wide variety of leasing positions over the past 18 years. He originally spent over 6 years as Real Estate Representative for Clear Channel outdoor in Chicago IL, curating the real estate opportunities for their out of home advertising assets, before becoming Manager for a local luxury residential brokerage firm. After 4 years excelling in that position, and a short time working with Groupon as Area Sales Manager for the Getaways division, Andrew headed back into the real estate industry. In 2013, Andrew and his family moved back to Columbus, where he joined The Gilbert Group as Senior Associate. Andrew joined Colliers International in November 2020 to help co-lead the Columbus retail team. Andrew’s primary focus is Landlord/Seller and Tenant/Buyer representation, that includes both regional and national retailers alike. His experience, vast industry knowledge and dedication to effectively servicing his clients, has made him a 2x recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award (2017 &2018) and multiple winner of the CoStar Quarterly Power Broker Award.

Drew began his career at Colliers as an intern with the Columbus Retail Team, specializing in commercial retail leasing. In January of 2023, Drew joined Colliers | Columbus full time as a Brokerage Associate with the Columbus Retail Team. He will primarily focus on landlord and tenant representation. Drew’s market knowledge and retail experience allow him to create effective real estate solutions for his clients.
