About Me
As a Senior Brokerage Associate with Colliers | South Carolina and a member of the land and commercial brokerage team, my primary focus is on the sale of large land tracts for development, recreational use and timber production. I work with various groups of clients, from investors to tract builders and farmers and hunters.
I pride myself on being someone who, once committed, sees tasks through to the end. Land sales can be notoriously complicated with many ups and downs, yet my clients know that I will advance their interests at every turn. It is this reliability that makes me indispensable to both investors and users. I take a keen interest in transitional land tracts that may be in the path of growth and are subject to an evolving higher and better use.
- In 2021, I obtained the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS® which requires a proven track record of transaction performance in land to qualify
- In 2020, I received the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award
- I was a recipient of the 2020 Central Carolinas REALTORS® Association Commercial Circle of Excellence - Bronze Award

I have a deep passion for the outdoors, and I pursued this passion at Clemson University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with a minor in Forest Resource Management. After graduation, I pursued several ventures including the acquisition and management of rental properties in Columbia. A key part of this venture was the need to evaluate properties from an investment perspective. My interest in commercial real estate comes from the combination of my passion for the outdoors, my collegiate studies and my keen eye for real estate investments.

I am a member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association, South Carolina REALTORS® Association, National Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® Land Institute, Columbia East Rotary Club and am a committee member of Columbia Ducks Unlimited.
I enjoy spending time hunting and fishing but am the happiest on a river somewhere in a canoe. I also love any minute I get to spend outdoors with my wife, daughter and dog.
