Robin Zellmer

Robin Zellmer has been an active member of the commercial real estate industry since 1992 . She has significant international real estate experience, delivering strategic portfolio solutions in more than 120 markets globally. Since joining Colliers in 2008, she helped launch the Corporate Solutions division and is and a senior vice president with Colliers | Minneapolis-St. Paul. She currently sits on Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council, which is comprised of occupier services market leaders throughout the US, as well as the national Life Science Practice Group.

As a trusted real estate advisor, Robin provides a uniquely strategic approach, focusing on establishing objectives to deliver optimal solutions. Her clients include occupiers from local Minnesota operators to Fortune 500 companies, such as  Pentair,  nVent, Cargill and General Mills. On behalf of her clients, Robin manages site selection, disposition and lease negotiation to align real estate strategies to company objectives.
