Jason Maietta graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance and Deans List Honors.

During his Tenure at Colliers International, Mr. Maietta was recognized for his devotion and hard work to the Commercial Real Estate Industry and Charitable Endeavors. In 2021, he was promoted to Executive Managing Director leading the Industrial Department for all of Long Island.

The department consists of a working group  of  seasoned  professionals   that is structured as a sub-market driven territorial system that encompasses Nassau and Suffolk County Industrial Real Estate.

While responsible for overseeing Long Island Industrial operations, Mr. Maietta is hyper focused on his proven day to day responsibilities that he has farmed with his team specializing in Industrial User, Investment, Land, Landlord and Tenant Representations in Suffolk County over the last 10+ years.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Jason has been a loyal, eager, honest and motivated sales person, bringing  a high level of energy advising, servicing and connecting his client’s needs going beyond real estate.

His relationship based mentality has helped service his clients needs not just here on Long Island, but on a national/global level as well. Continuing his legacy, Jason Maietta has been recognized year and year by several publications and has been invited to participate in panels as an expert to the topic at hand.

Zarb School of Business Alumni Association and is a founding member of the Hofstra Chapter of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting).

D’Orazio represented Miteq Realty Associates and procured the buyers in the transactions. All the buildings are located in Hauppauge Park, one of the largest industrial parks in the country with 1,400-acres and more than 1,000 businesses employing 55,000 people.
