His commercial property expertise goes above and beyond to provide support and deliver memorable results. Tommy’s areas of expertise include extensive market knowledge, site selection, structuring and negotiation of lease and sale transactions and Tenant/Landlord representation.

Brandon Lichtenstein graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2015 with a degree in Finance.

With an extensive background in finance and sales, Brandon saw a great opportunity in commercial real estate. Brandon joined Colliers International LI Inc. in October of 2015 as an Associate Director. In just 2 short years, Brandon worked diligently and was promoted to a Director. In 2022, He was promoted to Managing Director. Brandon has become a vital collaborative member of the Colliers Long Island Suffolk County Industrial team where he provides both dedication and purpose. Brandon takes pride in providing his clientele with the finest service possible through trust, honesty, loyalty, communication, and market knowledge.

Brandon’s skills with time management afford him the opportunity to work for himself but to also help those in need. Brandon is actively involved with the Kids Need More Camp Adventure program, which raises funds to send children with cancer to camp. This is an annual event called “Party for Life” which celebrates the true meaning of life and to remembering those who lost their battle, and to honor those loved ones who continue to fight.
