James Ewing is an Associate Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International and specializes in representing dominant occupiers of industrial real estate in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.
Our team within Colliers specializes in working with C-level executives and operational specialists to develop and execute corporate real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiencies and value. As a globally recognized leader in commerical real estate, the team has developed unparalleled experience and negotiated over 500 Supply Chain Real Estate transactions, globally and in 50+ US cities while generating millions in value for their customers – a list that includes companies ranging from family owned 3PL’s to multiple Fortune 50 corporations.
James attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management and upon graduation, moved to Dallas to begin working with Colliers.
