About Me
Gregg Riva is a senior vice president in Colliers International’s Bellevue, WA office. He joined the firm in 1991. Mr. Riva focuses on the Eastside/Northend commercial real estate market and specializes in providing real estate services for both tenants and landlords in the King and South Snohomish County markets.
Mr. Riva offers clients a multitude of skills, including a wealth of experience in office and industrial transactions from both the owner and tenant’s perspective. This combination of tenant and landlord representation experience allows him to expertly negotiate in all types of real estate transactions. His success on behalf of clients has earned him top producer honors from Colliers in the Puget Sound Region for more than two decades.
In the Pacific Northwest, Mr. Riva has provided landlord and tenant advisory services to a wide variety of local and national companies and corporations. He has been involved in over 600 real estate transactions over the past 16 years, including leases totaling more than 5.1 million square feet of space and sales valued in excess of $260 million.
