As the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton offices at Colliers, I have the privilege of leading our marketing and brokerage support teams. With over five years of experience in the industry, I possess a wealth of knowledge in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of marketing and public relations efforts for all service lines and corporate initiatives. Working closely with the Research and Sales teams, I aim to maximize the impact of our region's research material for the promotion of our office and the Colliers brand.

My strong work ethic and constant drive to improve make me a highly motivated and passionate professional. I approach every day with an open mind and a commitment to excellence, embracing new challenges as opportunities for growth. I am always seeking ways to enhance the quality of my work and strive for continuous improvement. My innovative nature and eagerness to take on new assignments and challenges have made me a valuable asset to any team.

    • This award is given to one individual that their peers feel deserves recognition for their thoughtfulness, helpfulness, general gratitude, personal enthusiasm, leadership qualities, and overall contribution to the company.
  • 2022 Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber - Cincy Next Class  9
  • 2022 BETA Testing Group
    • I participated in a BETA testing group for Colliers US, testing an internal program that identifies qualified deals to be shared with the entire organization. I was selected to be part of this group because I frequently utilized this platform to showcase successful deals within the Cincinnati & Dayton markets on behalf of our agents.
  • 2023 Regional Action Committee
    • As a member of the 2023 Regional Action Committee for the Southeast-Mid Central Region of Colliers, I collaborate with a group of individuals on a regular basis to achieve specific initiatives aligned with our overarching goals and areas of focus. These include developing a Recognition & Awards Program, engaging in Social Responsibility & Community Outreach opportunities, sharing best practices to foster more collaboration, and hosting in-person team building and engagement events.
  • Management Development Program
    • I have been accepted into the Colliers Management Development Program for 2023, which includes three cohorts of 20 participants each - two for the U.S. and one for Canada. The MDP is a comprehensive program that emphasizes people leadership skills to equip and develop established leaders within Colliers.
      Over the course of eight months, the program provides a hands-on learning experience that includes role-playing, case studies, group work, coaching, participant-led presentations, and other interactive activities.
