About Me
Anna graduated from California State University San Marcos, majoring in Human Development with an emphasis in Psychology. Prior to working at Colliers, she worked for a Consulting Company for over 7 years as a Senior Accounts Operations Manager, managing accounts throughout California like Charlotte Russe, Tri City Medical Center, and Kraft. She started working for Colliers International in December 2014 as the Office Manager of the Carlsbad office. In March 2015, she became the Operations Manager San Diego Region. Anna is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing current processes and procedures, and ensuring that the region is running efficiently in all support services.

2018 Q1 Office San Diego Region Market Report
The San Diego County office market posted over half a million square feet of net absorption in Q3 2017, moving the year-to-date total to a positive 395,360 SF. Class A average asking rental rates reached $3.23/SF/month, equating to the peak rate last reached in Q1 2008. At 466,858 SF, this was the most new construction completed in the last eight quarters.
