Andy brings attention to detail and a passion for in-depth research to his work with the Capital Markets team. His background in urban planning combined with several years of professional experience make him competent and qualified to understand clients’ needs and goals. In June of 2021, he transitioned into his current role as an Associate with the Top-Producing Gustafson-Davis Self-Storage Team where he has developed skills in analyzing, underwriting, and marketing self-storage assets. He is an expert at utilizing property and market data to promote the Self-Storage team's skills and effectiveness in delivering the highest quality market valuations across the US and Canada.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s School of Planning. His previous work experiences involved marketing and fundraising, infrastructure improvements, and economic development plans to sustain low-cost high-impact programs in Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio. When he began working with Colliers in 2019 as a Research Analyst he was vital in the support of their +20-person brokerage team implementing an internal lease comp database, publishing quarterly reports, and introducing new software and applications for mapping, demographics, and property data.  Andy and the Gustafson-Davis team take pride in their expertise regarding the self-storage asset class.
