About Me
With more than 25 years of experience in the Memphis market, I am able to provide a comprehensive knowledge of real estate strategies that work best for my clients. I specialize in representing industrial developers, landlords, tenants and investors with buying, selling and leasing of industrial space throughout the Mid-South.
Since joining Colliers in 1997, I have been involved in over 500 transactions involving more than 50 million square feet and more than 1,000 acres of industrial land. Some of my notable clients include Core5 Industrial Partners, ThyssenKrupp, Caterpillar, Medline, Norfolk Southern, Synnex, WW Grainger and Toyota Tsusho America.

Approximately 4.4 million square feet of construction is underway in the Memphis MSA, of which more than 95% is speculative. The limited vailability of existing bulk inventory has motivated developers to add product. Two active developers has increased to five, with two more developers actively considering the Memphis market.
