Ari is CEO of Colliers Finland. He has over 20 years of international experience in ICT and B2B outsourcing business. During his career, Ari has worked in several managerial positions leading both mid-size business units as well as large international organizations. Ari gets excited about working with strategy, go-to-market and transformation plans and deploying ones. During his career, he has gained experience in managing change, especially the impact of digitalizing. Ari is especially enthusiastic about knowledge management and the added value it brings, both to companies own operations and to the customer.
Izura has more than 8 years of property management experience. She is also able to draw on a multitude of skills acquired from her previous career of 5 years predominantly in corporate finance and business development.
At Colliers, she is involved in proactively managing a variety of multi-let and FRI properties in office, retail and industrial sectors for clients such as Stratford upon Avon Town Trust and Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund. Her role involves working closely with the facilities management and accounts team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the clients and their customers.
Joanna joined Colliers International in Feb 2017 as a Client Reslationship Director responsible for building trustful business relations, supervising pitching processes and supporting business development activities.
For over 7 years Joanna worked on a position of Recruitment Consultant dedicated to Real Estate and Construction sector. She conducted recruitment processes mainly for developers, investment funds, international advisory companies and retail chains. Since 2013 Joanna acted as a Business Unit Manager responsible for HR advisory and recruitment services for both Polish and foreign companies which business focuses on Real Estate and construction sector.
For 5 years Joanna held a position of Board Member / Head of audit Commission and PR Manager of International Facility Management Association- IFMA Poland which associates professionals from Real Estate sector. Since 2016 she is also a representative in an international coalition that will develop the first set of globally- recognised ethics standards for real- estate sector.
She actively participates in development of Women in Real Estate in Poland organization, cooperates with Polish Council of Shopping Centers and Polish Facility Management Council . Additionally, Joanna conducts lectures on postgraduate studies on Kozminski University.
