Robert is a highly experienced talent and development professional who has been working in the field for nearly 25 years.

Robert joins us from Grosvenor where he was the Head of Learning and Development.  He spent over seven and a half years working with the business to build the capability and culture the organisation needed to achieve its commercial strategy.

He also spent three years as learning and development manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, whether it was here that his interest in real estate was first sparked or the time he spent as a child being dragged around ‘interesting’ old buildings by his property developer father, who can say.

He feels privileged to be able to work in roles that combine his love of real estate with his deep interest in business psychology. One personal ambition is to make a return visit return to Antoni Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia in Barcelona when it is completed, assuming it’s finished within his lifetime!

Over the years he has worked across a wide range of sectors as a learning and talent expert, including fin tech, recruitment, and retail but he has always been drawn back to real estate.

In the short-term Robert will be focused on the promotions process, looking at how we support your career development and reviewing our existing training offer.  He firmly believes that great people are at the heart of a great business and is always keen to hear about your development needs, so please get in touch.

Benedikt's strategic objective is to deliver organisational, architectural and strategical advice together with all other business lines. He defines goals through strategic workshops,  planning demands and analysing space potentials. This way Benedikt optimises working models by truly knowing his clients.

Beside the typical workplace projects, Benedikt is increasingly collaborating with the investment / capital markets team, providing architectural insight in the early developement or repositioning stage of office assets. In 2022 I became part of the Capital Markets Team, where I advise on acquisitions, dispositions and sale-and-leasebacks. I work on behalf of private equity funds, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, high net-worth individuals and owner-occupiers.

Prior to joining the Capital Markets Team, I worked in the Valuation and Advisory department as a registered valuer. During this period, I mainly focused on valuations of commercial real estate, especially in the industrial and logistics sector.

Bartosz Jankowski

Bartosz has nearly 10 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate market. He joined Colliers in May 2019 as a Head of  Design & Build Department. Bartosz has experience in the building and construction fields as well as deep technical background.

For the last 4 years he held a position of  board member of the engineering company Rewitech Sp z o.o., which delivered multi-branch design plans for  office, retail, industrial and residential markets.Within his responsibilities were: set up and management of the company, product development, personnel management of 50 people, revenue growth. Bartosz implemented  automation of project management processes, introduced algorithmization to design processes, adapted new 3D parametric modeling technologies to the traditional building design process. He is a Lean Management specialist.

Bartosz is also an expert in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM).  Over last years he cooperated at the investment market to implement BIM into investment process in Poland.He lectures at postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of BIM

At Reesco Sp z o.o., until 2015, he worked as a Construction Manager and Project Manager, and was responsible for coordination of the fit -out projects at the office sector, budget control, overall procurement processes and contract management of up to 100 suppliers and sub-contractors.
