Ravi joined Colliers in 2011 after working in analyst and accounting roles in various  large Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T) companies. He is currently responsible for all operational aspects of the NZ Finance function such as managing cash flows, Financial Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, Offshore Shareholder Reporting, External Audit and Statutory Reporting.

Cheps joined the Corporate Team as Junior Accountant in 2005. She was promoted as Senior Accountant shortly after. With her experience and strong operations background, she took the role of Finance Manager on October 2010.

Ding first joined Colliers Taipei TC 85 site office, the tallest building in Taiwan at that moment, on January 2000. After solve the TC 85 utility fee issue, he has been transfer to Taipei Office as Information Technology Engineer. In recognition his effect to Colliers Taipei office Information Technology improvements, he has been promote as Manger at April 2000. To affirm Ding's effect, he has been assigned as a Associate Director in January 2010. Ding has been in charge for IT related projects in Taipei office since 2000. And currently he lead Asia IT the Infrastructure Team and Operaction Team.

Amanda Yang is the Head of Office Services and Industrial Services and has 28 years experience focusing on Taiwan market.   She also has great success at developing business opportunities between multinational companies and local developers.  Her strengths include project leasing and the provision of a board range of client services, particularly in Tenant Representations. She has extensive experience in business development, real estate strategic solutions and a range of consultancy services.

Nick is one of the leading retail real estate specialists in Christchurch and the greater Canterbury region. He has a wealth of market knowledge and expertise, leasing over 125,000m² of retail space and negotiating more than $150m in retail property sales. He works meticulously with landlords to identify the right fit and has unrivalled expertise in coordinating tenancy mix within developments. Nick is always looking for the best outcome.

He works across all sectors of retail property from specialty fashion leasing in the rebuild of the CBD to driving the project leasing for large format retail, hospitality and convenience retail centres throughout Canterbury as well as being instrumental in many retail property sales transactions.

Rebecca has a strong rural background, having built a career servicing the rural sector. Over the last decade since she graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture & Rural Valuation) Rebecca has worked in a number of different rural roles. This included 6 years as a registered rural valuer where she gained in-depth knowledge on a wide range of properties. Following this, she enjoyed two years with Rabobank in multiple locations focusing on viticulture, dairy, sheep and beef, deer, arable and processing. A desire to return home took her back to Temuka to work for her parents who operate a diverse arable, horticulture, sheep and beef property along with dairy interests.

Rebecca believes in building strong relationships with her clients that allow her to achieve the best results on the day. Her wide range of experience in the rural field sees Rebecca well positioned to add value to rural property transactions. Her collaborative and approachable nature and ability to relate to a large cross section of people from farmers to rural professionals will ensure the best outcomes are achieved every time.

Now based in Wanaka, Rebecca lives with her husband who is involved in his family business covering high-end tourism, deer and dairy.
