She joined Colliers in 2000 as the head of the residential sales and leasing team, mainly due to her experience in this field while doing open market sales with local developers since 1986. Colliers was not into valuation then but slowly went into this business, initially, as a value added service to the existing clients and evolved through the years, with multinational companies and leading property developers as its niche market. Colliers valuation and advisory services team is the first ISO certified in its field in the Philippines.

I have been with Colliers for the past 8 years working in the REM Accounts Department in Christchurch. During this time I have mainly worked with retail clients including PSPIB, AMP, Tinline, Lyttelton Port Company and TGH. Previous experience includes working in the UK for Etihad Airways and Brands2Life.

Marius has a broad range of experience in many areas of the valuation profession specialising in commercial and industrial valuation and consultancy advice primarily within Christchurch however also other major metropolitan areas of the South Island.

Marius has had considerable involvement in market rental valuations and portfolio work together with feasibility consultancy. This is principally across the industrial, office, retail and land development sectors.

This has included numerous assignments for both industrial and residential land development from a feasibility and market valuation perspective.

Marius on occasion is asked to act as a sole arbitrator/umpire in rental disputes.
